-Classroom Management Philosophy-
The students, with the help from the teacher, will create a safe working environment by implementing and practicing procedures and routines. The students will acknowledge when they do something wrong, and they will take responsibility for their own actions. The classroom will be a place of positivity where the students will learn to find success within failure, and where they feel safe enough to ask for help if and when they need it. Allowing the students to feel safe and happy to explore and create will help their academic success. Click the link below for more information on my classroom management philosophy.
-My Teaching Philosophy-
As a teacher, I feel that it is important to make the students the top priority. It is important that the students know that they are loved and supported. My classroom will be a safe space for all students be free to explore and to be a child. I understand that there will be students of all different learning abilities and academic level in the classroom. I want each student to be challenged while still learning the content and meeting the standards. I will encourage parents to be involved in their students education; the family can be the students greatest support system. No matter the student and no matter the ability, I want all students to foster their curiosity and to strive to become life long learners.
